The guest house „Haus am Meer“ welcomes you in the pittoresque town of Cavtat – in the vicinity of the world-renowned Old Town of Dubrovnik which is a world heritage site since 1979. "Haus am Meer" is situated on a hill, 10 minutes walking distance to center and beaches. We have cared about details, both in decoration and service. We can make a reservation for you for a romantic dinner in a nice restaurant or organise a massage in your room.

Cooking facilities comprise a ceramic hob, a micro wave oven, a coffee machine, an electric water kettle and the usual cooking equipment. Satellite tv is offered in our lounge where an assortment of multi-lingual literature can be found as well. There is a big terrace with sea view for our guests, where can they relax in the sunbeds. Airport transfer on request.
You can reach nearly all restaurants easily from our house which mainly offer mediterrean, local meals. On request we reserve a table in a restaurant in Dubrovnik or elsewhere which can be reached by bus, taxi, rented car or even - a watertaxi-. Ask us for assistance!
Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
No deposit will be charged.
VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
Pets are not allowed.
Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
